Eileen Ó Dúill, CG, specializes in probate genealogical research as well as assisting with applications for Irish citizenship. She has researched over 400 estates in order to locate the rightful heirs in intestate cases in Ireland and worldwide. Eileen has been admitted as an expert genealogical witness at kinship hearings in the Surrogate Courts of New York County (Manhattan), Queens, Kings, Bronx, Westchester and Nassau Counties between 1991 and 2009. She currently serves on the board of the Association of Professional Genealogists (U.S.) as the International Trustee representing Ireland and Great Britain (2007- 2012).

In 1995, Eileen attained accreditation from the Board for Certification of Genealogists (U.S.) as a Certified Genealogical Record Specialist and is currently a Certified Genealogist. She spoke at the Irish Genealogical Congress in 1994, 1997 and 2001, at the ( U.S.) National Genealogical Society Conferences 1999- 2005 and at the Federation of Genealogical Societies Conferences in 2002-2008. She also lectured at the XXVth International Congress of Genealogical and Heraldic Sciences held in Dublin in 2003, the 2004 International Genealogical Conference in Sligo, the Galway International Genealogical Conference in 2005 and at the New England Historic Genealogical Society Irish Seminar Day in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2004 and will speak at the seminar in 2011.
Eileen is co-author with fellow APGI member, Steven ffeary-Smyrl, of Irish Civil Registration – Where Do I Start? (2000) in the “Exploring Irish Genealogy” series published by the Council of Irish Genealogical Organizations (CIGO). With Paul Gorry, MAPGI, she is a course tutor on the Diploma in Family History (Genealogy) programme at the Independent College, Dawson Street, Dublin.

- Who Do You Think your Are? Live exhibition, Earls Court, London 25 February to 27 February 2011 Eileen M. Ó Dúill, CG, will be giving a workshop at the exhibition on Sunday entitled: "Moving From Amateur to Professional: Making the leap".
- New England Historic Genealogical Society and The Irish American Research Association Irish Seminar, Boston, Massachusetts 19 March 2011 Eileen will be giving a lecture on Irish civil records and one on family stories at this one day seminar.
- Exploring New Paths to Roots: New England Regional Genealogical Conference, Springfield, Massachusetts, 6th to 10th April 2011 Eileen will be presenting lectures on Irish genealogical research.
- National Genealogical Society Conference in the States, Charleston, South Carolina, 11th to 14th May 2011 Eileen will be lecturing and presenting a luncheon talk for the Association of Professional Genealogists.
